Theme Guidelines:

• A theme is set and agreed upon by the Planning Group. Only photos taken after the theme has been announced will be accepted. Please check out the Events Calendar for the start and end dates applicable.

• Up to three photos should be sent to the Theme Coordinator by email to photos@hlpg.co.uk no later than 48 hours before the theme evening. Remember, if you don’t have any photos that you are happy with, you don’t have to send any in.

• One photo will be chosen (by the person who takes the photograph) to be displayed publicly. Photos should be selected based on the portrayal of the theme, composition, and technique. Anyone who does not want their photos to be displayed in our public domains must inform the Theme Coordinator when photos are submitted.
